• Maybe 5-10 minutes for the card to arrive and yes the bestbuy website should I have a option where you can use non-us cards to purchase digital psn codes

• delivery usually takes about ten minutes. no idea about the non us payment method. try it and see

• It should be anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes if it goes past 30 minutes you need to call bestbuy.com and tell them to resend it.

• Not sure about the credit card but it took less than 5 minutes for me to get my digital code when I bought the digital psn card
