I purchased the 55" Samsung 4K HDR TV that was on sale for $479.99 on Black Friday along with a PS4 Pro and was very disappointed. I returned the Samsung and purchased this X850D and I couldn't be happier. The native 120hz panel means no motion blur when playing fast placed games. It's a true 10-bit HDR panel, not the 8-bit outdated panel that cheaper TVs use. The response time which correlates with input lag is about 10ms which is extremely low for LED TVs. You won't get a better response time unless you're ready to cross that $1,500 mark and even then, the difference willl be unnoticeable. The X1 processor in this works fantastically at making the HDR colors pop without making them look over saturated and fake. Aside from gaming, the X1 processor also is able to upscale TV content and it makes my 1080p Comcast TV look like 4K quality. Make sure you use the PS4 Pro HDMI cable or purchase an 18 GBPS HDMI cable because 4K HDR has a high bandwidth requirement. Also, be sure to enable the HDR setting in the menu of the TV so the PS4 Pro can recognize that it's HDR capable and enable HDR within itself. Good luck!
