“The TV keeps displaying that it is showing 480 HD I've tried adjusting it to 1080 but it's as though it defaults back to the lower resolution Any help is appreciated”

• What device are you using? In order to get 4k or 1080p content you must be using a device that supports it which usually uses an HDMI cable.

• Hi NJT87. The TV projects everything it gets from the source, you may have to check the resolution of the signal going to the tv. Best regards, -Mark
