Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My first suggestion is to check the ECO settings that will turn this TV off after a set period. Use the remote and select "HOME", the scroll down to "SETTINGS" icon and select it. Under the TV settings row, scroll to the right and select POWER. Under Power, select ECO then turn off "Power Saving" and Auto Shut-off. If that resolves your issue, then you could go back into the settings and use a different idle TV standby time.
