Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can go through a "search" of channels that aren't cable channels, but are only aerially received. The receiver seems to be good enough that I connected my cable to it and that received several non-cable channels. With a proper antenna, you can probably get all of your local channels. The closer to a metropolitan area you live, the better selection you will have.
