Requires a standard wall mount, which you would have to purchase separately. You have to unscrew and remove the two carry handles from the back of the TV in order to reveal two of the four bolt holes for the mount bracket. If you are unsure of your ability to install the wall mount you should get a professional or capable friend to help out and maybe show you how to do it as they go.

Yes, it has the typical mounting openings in the back as other flat panel tvs do. Just pick the right size mount to support the weight and dimensions of your tv.

Yes, but you'll need two additional screws to attach the mount to the tv. You can use the two that attach to the handles you remove after taking it out of the box, but you'll need two more....hard to believe they don't supply those additional screws with the tv?
