• Most should be except the "sony hd dvd". Sony created the blu-ray format and never supported HD-DVD but that doesn't matter because that format has been dead for several years. If by HD DVD you mean a sony DVD player that can upscale, than the answer is yes. All your devices will work fine with this set.
