Yes, the K-55XR80M2 has a built-in microphone right on the TV, so you can absolutely change the channels and volume completely hands-free without touching the remote. Just make sure the physical "Built-in MIC" switch on the side of the TV is toggled to ON. After that, you can just say "Hey Google" followed by your command, like changing the channel or raising the volume. We appreciate your interest in Sony products.
