A:AnswerAny surge protector that covers your TV and accessory/cinema needs without exceeding your amperage/wattage needs. In short, whatever you want to spend should do, as long as you are connected to a grounded outlet (old homes beware).
A:AnswerYes you can hear from both, but you will get an echo that's annoying to me. I lowered vol on tv and use only my SONY surround sound bar and its like at the movies. I love the sound just with surround sound bar. But if you use the tv sound alone, is not a big deal. Quality of tv sound is just fine. I just like the theater feeling with sub woofer sound as well.
A:AnswerI'm actually not sure about Chromecast but I put in an HDMI splitter because there are only 3 HDMI inputs on this TV and I needed at least 4. I found one for about $30. Works great and even has a remote to change between them. Good Luck
A:AnswerWe have not had an issue with tilting. Our's was installed by Best Buy Geek Squad. The set does wobble if you touch it, but I had not noticed that prior to your email. We do not have children or animals so I think we are safe. If we had children bouncing around near it, I believe that I would be considered that the stand is not sturdy enough.
A:AnswerOddly enough, any HDMI cable will work though I found out that the better quality ones (usually the more pricey ones) work WAY better. I had one connecting my DVD to my TV and the sound would randomly cut out. My boyfriend went to BB and bought a good one and I don't have that problem anymore.
