“My brand new TV is having difficulty lining up sound with the mouth movements of actors on old TV shows. I don't see an option to change the sound speed, and the internet connection shows as excellent in the settings. Any way to fix this?”

If it’s streaming you may try stopping and starting so the video can buffer. But for sync there’s no speed. Also it will prioritize audio over picture so if the connection is slow or intermittent it could appear out of sync.
