Hi Sinba, The image on the TV may not display clearly depending on the resolution being output by your Cable provider. If the resolution of the channel being played from the cable box has a low quality, the image on the TV screen may appear blurry or pixelated. Make sure the video settings on your cable box is in High-Definition or 4K and the cable box is connected to the TV using a High speed HDMI cable. -Sam
