Dolby Vision is supported, but Sony’s HDMI format behavior usually separates Dolby Vision from the 4K120/VRR mode. For gaming, HDMI 3 and HDMI 4 are the high-bandwidth ports for 4K/120Hz and VRR, while Dolby Vision may require a different HDMI signal format depending on the source. Sony’s own support note says some devices may not output Dolby Vision when the HDMI signal format is set to 4K120 or advanced/VRR modes. Measured gamut numbers are not yet fully official from Sony, but early testing has shown roughly 89% BT.2020 coverage, with DCI-P3 expected to be near full coverage. Sony’s product page is live for K75XR90M2, but the detailed manual/support specs may still be limited or rolling out.
