My suggestion is best hang on the wall . There is a model of the bracket you can easily move it right /left . Up and down . Tilt . Inexpensive . It is less than $200

If you mean narrow as in the legs being positioned in the middle of the tv and 27.62 inches apart, it's not going to change the width of the tv. The width is 72.87 inches.
