“Exactly how does this TV support 4K @120hz? I plugged my Xbox series X with the issued 2.1HDMI cable into both HDMI slots 3&4 and my Xbox states the TV DOES NOT SUPPORT 4K UHD at 120Hz!!! Am I missing something? I feel like I just wasted over $2,000.”

Please make sure your TV has the latest firmware by performing a software update. We also recommend using an ultra high-speed HDMI cable and set the HDMI signal format of your Bravia to Enhanced format. Please check the resolution settings of your Xbox too, and set it to 4K UHD, 120 Hz refresh rate.
