External flash yes Spare battery yes get only the Sony brand and a wall charger. If you travel over seas you don't want to fry the camera from a power issue. Yes there are lens adapters for almost any mount. Batteries are about 40to 45. Wall adapter is 40. Check out you tube video by Gary Fong. A pro who had his socks blown off by this camera. . Also check out the rokinon lens for this jewel. Big bang for the buck.
