Hi Wan, The included lens in the package is the SELP1650 which is a power zoom lens. There is a sliding switch in the side of the lens to zoom in and out. Sony also sells lens that are manual lens. This means that you have to move the lens barrel to make it retract and zoom in and out from the subject. Best regards, Zander
