“I just got the SONY CIF-C1T clock radio and thought I had the alarm set for radio to arise at 6:30am. Sadly, the alarm did not go off. What did I do wrong?”

• You had it set for PM. The flashing “A” was confusing. I did the same thing first time I used the alarm. You need to make sure it is on AM or PM.

• There are on and off switches for the two alarms. Just slide it over to on.
