“Does the HDMI mini out send full 4k 100mbs to a 4k monitor or external recorder? . I do understand that the HDMI shuts off while recording but what I want to do is record 4k hopefully 100mbs maybe 60 MBS at least thru my computer and black magic card”

Hi scottyamour, the AX100 output 8-bit 4:2:2 up to 4K 30fps through the hdmi port. The recording setting will depend on the capture card or external recorder.
