Can you use this in Europe ( the round 2 prong plugs? null

You can use this battery charger with a plug converter... USA to European round 2 prong plug. Should work fine. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm planning to. That's why I bought it!

the voltage should be ok, but you would still need a plug adapter from US to European.

You can use this battery charger with a plug converter... USA to European round 2 prong plug. Should work fine. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm planning to. That's why I bought it!
