Hi SueSnaps, Sony commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. Yes, you can purchase a wall charger and extra battery. For the Battery the compatible model is NP-BX1. For the Charger the compatible models are AC-UB10, AC-UD10 and BC-TRX. For the external flash, the camera does not have a hot shoe so you can't attach an external flash.
