• Yes if only one ear is working and you're still within the stores return policy I would bring it back

• It’s not your phone..same thing happened to me with an iPhone. There’s a shock/shortage in the headphone lines.

• Make sure your port is clean , if so sometimes you have to check that its inserted all the way into your device.
