• So long as the S3 has working Bluetooth functionality

• Hi roger, below are the supported Bluetooth profiles: A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile) HFP (Hands-free Profile) HSP (Headset Profile) Also, the unit comes with headphone cable so it should work with your phone. Thanks! ^Ron
