It might be out of range,or there might be some type of interference,like walls or a microwave.

We suggest trying with another Bluetooth device and check if the issue is reproduce with another device as well. If the issue persists you might consider following the next steps: 1. With the unit turned off press and hold down the POWER button and BASS BOOST button at the same time for five seconds. 2. Press and hold the POWER and the PLAY/PAUSE button simultaneously for seven seconds. The blue indicator light should blink four times. 3. Pair your headphones again with your cellphone or any other Bluetooth device. -Kate
