Most likely it is just paired with your old device and you need to tell it that you want to pair it with a new device. 1. Turn the headphones off. 2. Press and hold the power button until the LED next to it starts to rapidly alternate between blue and red (this takes around 10 seconds, do not let go too soon!) 3. It should now be discoverable on your iPhone in the Bluetooth settings and can be paired.
