• Seems to work with bluetooth devices fine... there's also a cable if you want to go wired.

• Yes, I was able to successfully pair them with Windows 10, but you have to hold the power button down for 4 sec as per the manual to make sure they are in pairing mode. Make sure you have the latest Bluetooth driver installed on your PC.
