Does anyone headphones just straight up turn off when you connect your earphone cable? Everytime I connect my earphone cable, it immediately turns off, even when I have it at full 100% battery. I find this very annoying & my friend got them too & the same problem arised. Should I get new ones or get something else?

You might try turning off the Bluetooth when connecting the cable. Not sure, but that might be your trouble.

Mine do the same thing. I think it is just the way the headphones are supposed to work. Sucks though because then you can't bass boost.

Oddly enough I had the same problem when I first plugged in a cable to use the headset. Also, oddly enough, it turned out to be the cable connector. There was a definite difference in the "feel" of the connector seating when I used another cable, which worked fine.

My son uses the headphones without the wires. He absolutely love that it's wireless.

Once the cable is connected, the headphone doesn't require power to be used because it's now in passive mode...bypassing the bluetooth feature. Listen like regular wired headphones.

when you use your cable you do not use the battery power, the headphones use the power of the device you are playing your music, movies through. plug them in turn on the device turn up the volume and press play. you should hear sound.
