• Hi Marianaa, this headphone is compatible with almost all Bluetooth devices available in the market. You may try cleaning up the Bluetooth discovery list on your phone then try pairing them again. Regards, -Mark

• Marianaa, make sure you put the headphones in pairing mode by pressing down on the on/off button for at least 7 seconds. When you do that you should see some flashing green and red indicator lights and then it should show up on your phone in the Bluetooth area.

• They do connect with android and ios bluetooth. Frankly, that's their main function
