“I bought this on 4/23/2021 And he recently quit charging and quit working I have paid for a four year warranty for it and there is also a one-year manufacturing warranty on the speaker also I’d love to have it fixed”

had the same issue, cracked solder joint where the power cord plugs into the board on the N side, repaired joint and speaker is working fine.
