“Is this speaker battery powered? And how long last the battery?”

• This speaker is battery powered or plug in. The box says the battery lasts 16 hours, but that may be if you are playing it at lower volume levels. I am usually blasting the speaker so I get a few hours out of it. It is a large heavy speaker with Extra Bass option so it must use a lot of juice when cranked.
