It might be their hdmi arc setup, it’s been a problem for months and they don’t have a solution.

We'd like to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue. May we know if the power indicator on the subwoofer is lit in green? If the LED on the subwoofer does not light: Plug the subwoofer firmly to the AC power outlet and turn on the power to the subwoofer. If the LED on the subwoofer is not lit in green or orange: Connect the subwoofer and the Bar Speaker all over again and move the subwoofer closer to the Bar Speaker.
