Your sound not lining up with the TV means that your hdmi cable is faulty or too long. I would first change the cable, and then if that doesn't work, to contact technical support.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It should be the sync issue. Your remote has that ability to change if there is a sync delay. You probably have it set to a MS delay

It is not a problem that can be solved using the "sync" settings since those only allow you do further delay the sound, and not the opposite. I have resolved that this is due to signal processing by the soundbar, very disappointing, since this is the only flaw the unit seems to have.
