Does the issue occur when your trying to access the settings on the Home menu? If so, please also try to reset the system as follows. 1 Press HOME. The home menu appears on the TV screen. 2 Select [Setup] - [Advanced Settings] on the home menu. 3 Select [Resetting]. 4 Select the menu item you want to reset. 5 Select [Start]. One more tip, you can use the buttons on the main unit if they have the same or similar names as those on the remote control.
