We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the HTZ9F soundbar playing audio by itself. For this, an external device is connected via Bluetooth connection that cause the soundbar to play the audio. We recommend having the Bluetooth function of the soundbar turned off when not in use or turn off the Bluetooth function on the connected device.
