Someone may have already answered this, but in general when using a 5.1 set up with rear satellite speakers, the audio content coming from the rear is predominately for effects and "off screen" voices... the main voice channel and content comes from the center speaker on the soundbar. On the remote there is a button called "Voice" which has three levels of enhancement specifically for improved clarity or hard of hearing. I would suggest trying the settings on this first.
