• A:Answer Yes. Press the button on sound bar remote that says SOUND.. It connects both and the SONY remote will now work both. Blue light comes on sound bar to show volume up and down. Works great.

Q: QuestionYou have to turn the volume up to 100 to barely hear anything, however switched to Bluetooth the volume barely has to be turned on. What’s the issue? It’s hooked up hdmi arc from the soundbar to the arc in the tv. Shouldn’t take getting to 100 sound
