Will this hold the Sony a5000 + external lens? It does not specify if there's any internal compartments for the detachable lenses that come with DSLR cameras, nor does it show any view of the inside.

Yes! I carry an a6000 with compact lens plus a Sony 55-210 zoom plus 2 chargers. It has 2 partitions that can be moved to suit your needs.

It will. We have an a3000 and the large, internal storage space has a divider wall that is adjustable. It attaches to the inside walls of the case via Velcro so it can be moved from side to side to accommodate storing the camera and lenses separately or still attached. Plenty of room inside.

Not sure of the size of your camera but it hols my powershot sx60 which is a good size camera and there is a movable Velcro separator pad

It fits my a6000 with a zoom, but not an extra lens. There are no internal pockets. It's ok for the price, but not very versatile. Wish there were a bit more room and more pockets - in the lid and inside.

Yes it will. It fits my a6000 well, although it is pretty basic.
