• It is a bluetooth speaker (as well as Chromecast), so I suppose you could use it that way, with a compatible TV. Have not tried that.

• It can connect to an Android TV based smart tv or to any TV with a Chromecast connected. You can also set it up in a group using the Google Home app and have music playing on this speaker as well as any other cast enabled / Google assistant speakers throughout your home.
