Here are the step-by-step instructions for each feature:

1. Noise Cancellation (NC) / Ambient Sound

If you want to completely turn off any external sound processing (NC and Ambient Sound Mode):

Open the Sony | Sound Connect app.

Go to the Sound tab.

Find Ambient Sound Control and tap the down arrow.

Select OFF.

2. Voice Assistant (Google/Alexa/Siri)

To prevent your earbuds from activating your smartphone's assistant:

Open the Sony | Sound Connect app.

Tap the down arrow next to Voice Assistant.

Select the option Do not use.

3. Touch Controls

To disable the tap functions on both the left and right earbuds:

Open the Sony | Sound Connect app.

Go to the System tab.
