• These will probably have a tendency to fall off. For exercise and running you need to purchase something that wraps around each individual ear and/or around your head. The best probably will have the cable going on top of your ear to prevent pull-out.

• They stay in my ears. I use them to plug in the exercise machines at Blink Fitness and I have no issues with them falling out once I get a good seal.
