Yes. These are primarily for android, but will work with windows.

It'll pause music if you are listening to it, press it again to restart it. hold it down and depending on the OS you have on your phone hold it down and it will activate voice assistant like Cortana. It is really convenient. just keep in mind when you do get a response it can be very loud. be careful on your settings. You can ask The Nokia's voice assistant Cortana to pretty much do anything, play music, turn it up, turn it down, call somebody...they developed the earbuds with that in mind which is why it only needs one button and volume controls. I have an iPhone now my nokia kept overheating and restarting. I would really reconsider that choice first, just not good phones...and Im a windows guy. they just are lagging behind android and apple so much. Check out a 16gb iPhone first, it'll be cheaper than the windows phone as well. I paid $750 for my ICON that now sits in a box
