The instructions come once you purchase. It should be instruction in your confirmation email after payment.

You will get a first email right away confirming purchase. Then about 10 minutes later code will be sent

You will at first receive an email confirming the purchase and then shortly thereafter, roughly 20-30 minutes, you will receive an email containing the digital code which you can then input into your PSN Store. There will be instructions to assist with what steps you'll take to do all of this in the email from Best Buy as well.

Sometimes it can take a bit to have them sent to email. Do you perhaps have another account that you can check?

Could also log into you best buy account and have the code re-sent
