“I am kind of disappointed with the speaker volume output. I have both the speaker and the phone volume max and it still seems lame. Is there any advice in being able to make this speaker loud? Thanks”

• I found that changing the EQ/ sound presets and making sure the speaker was fully charged allowed me to Max it out. Hope that helps!

• Hi Staple, Fully charge the speakers and try again. If the built-in battery level is low, the maximum output of the speaker decreases. Regards, David
