dear lakeit all depends how long u had it and possible u may ether have plug in lot or u may need replace the battery so some to think hope i had help u .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Batteries are one of the most common parts that go bad in any electronic device. When they are defective they usually go quick. Especially if they are rechargeable. I would return it and do the warranty exchange ASAP. If u can float the cash; buy another one while the other is sent back. Then keep the brand new one to to ensure that the battery didn't damage anything else or just in case another component doesn't go bad.
