This may sound stupid, but does this receiver come with an FM antenna with sufficient range to bring in Seattle stations on Whidbey Island? Also, will my turntable need a "power booster" to make it work with this receiver? Thank you... null

itr does come with an FM antenna   range i do not know  probably can find an upgrade if you need one
i doubt you will need anything extra for your turntable   mine works fine with it

But we do recommend following the steps below to maximize the range of the FM antenna and to ensure great signal reception.

• Extend and adjust the position of the FM
wire antenna (aerial) to a place where the
reception conditions are good.
• Place the FM wire antenna (aerial) near a
window.
• Position the FM wire antenna (aerial) as
horizontally as possible.

And no, you don't need a power booster or an external amp to connect your turntable. You can directly connect your turntable to the Phono Input jack of this receiver.

Please note • When you connect a turntable with a PHONO/
LINE switch, be sure to set the PHONO/LINE
switch to PHONO.

Don’t know where Whitney Island is. It does come with a FM antenna. You may need a FM power antenna if the Island is out of range. Your turntable will not need a power booster.
