• Hi ELDog13, Thank you for your interest on the STRDH190. Unfortunately, you cannot adjust the treble and bass level without the remote control. But, good news! This unit comes with a remote control. -Sam

• stand up. walk to receiver. squint. find the buttons. push them. curse yourself for losing the remote. learn to keep better track of your things. or ... make your children do it.
