When I control the volume from my iPhone via the Blue Tooth connection, they volume only goes to 55, not the full 70. I can manually turn it up to 70, but as soon as I touch the volume button on my phone, it jumps back to 55. Any idea why?

Hi Tom, thank you for reaching out. Please check if your iPhone has automatic volume control settings and make sure it is turned off. And to further isolate the issue, please try to test other sources e.g CD player, other Smartphones, etc.
