“Can I connect a RCA cable to the # 4 output to connect this to the RCA “in” channel of a public address system amplifier? Will I be able to play FM stereo thru #4 output via RCAs to my public address system ? Or does #4 output only play what is #4 input?”

You can play FM radio tuner using this receiver, But you cannot connect speakers to the AUDIO INPUT 4 OUT output audio. Please connect your speakers to the speaker ports of this receiver. And no, the AUDIO INPUT 4 OUT is not related to the audio device that you connect to the AUDIO INPUT 4 IN port of this receiver. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The #4 input is just the old cassette player (tape) “in” and “out”. The “out” will play a steady signal of whatever input the unit is playing. You can send that signal to a mix board or input as needed.
