“I have 2 6ohm speakers on an A channel, and I'd like to add a B channel of 2 other speakers, and play in A+ B mode. What ohm rating of new speakers does this receiver want to see?”

I would be safe and go with another 6 ohm set.

Hi brosh, Thank you so much for your inquiry. When using both the SPEAKERS A and B terminals, we recommend connecting speakers with a nominal impedance of 12 ohms or higher. And when you connect speakers to either SPEAKERS A or B terminals, we recommend connecting speakers with a nominal impedance of 8 ohms or 6 ohms.
