“On page 19, it States to use a speaker with an impedance rating of 12 or greater when connecting speakers to both the A and B terminals. Does this apply when creating 2 zones with separate speakers or when connecting A & B to the same speakers in Zone 1?”

Basically it’s speaking of speaker ohms say 8 ohms each so two speakers hooked to input A or A and B speakers set receiver to upper rating 6 ohms or greater. If using 4 ohm speakers set receiver to 6ohms or lower. I would not mix 8 ohm and 4ohm speakers. The speaker ohm output is on back of speakers.
