“Will my old VIZIO flat screen, and a new Panasonic DVD/CD/Blu-Ray player, and my old speakers all hook up to this? My TV has no HDMI. Not sure if the DVD etc player has that, as I haven't purchased it yet. TV only takes the red/white/yellow cables.”

The receiver does not have an HDMI either so you should be good. It has RCA jacks but those did not work for my Roku TV. I ended up using an RCA adapter to the headphone jack on my TV and it works great.
